Do you have any info on whether this food is healthy for eating?? I have done some research and found that plants are excellent pollution filters (heavy metals mainly) but there are still issues with cadmium from car tires and the water runoff. I am sure it is more dangerous to be exposed to and breathing in the pollution levels of the city rather than eating plant produce.. wold be interested to hear your thoughts as pollution levels is something we are looking at in relation to growing food within the city...
